Gotrack is a unit specializing in research and development of vehicle monitoring hardware and software. We have a team of R&D and experts in building monitoring software systems. With the advantage of human resources & many years of experience in the positioning industry, GoTrack Company is always proactive in creating, designing and optimizing solutions, directly manufacturing good equipment, serving domestic and international customers.

Therefore, in 2022, GoTrack had a strong transformation, the office location will be moved to a new and spacious place, creating favorable conditions for staff to work and serve customers with the best care.

In order to make it easier for customers to find a new address, we will share more details about the new office location so that you can know the basic information, it’s convenient for route identification when coming to work with GoTrack

GoTrack office is currently located at: Building Lot B13, Van Phuc Auction Area, Le Van Tam Street, Van Phuc Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi city. The building is very large, based on the function of the department divided according to the following chart:

– 2nd floor: Reception, Accounting room

– 3rd floor: Warehouse

– 4th floor: Production room

– 5th floor: Hardware Development Room, Software Development Room

– 6th floor: Sales & Customer Support Department

– 7^th Floor: Director’s room and the meeting room

The warehouse is arranged on the 3rd floor, it’s convenient to pack and send goods quickly.

3rd Floor – GoTrack Warehouse

The production room is related much to the warehouse, so it is arranged on the 4th floor, after the production is completed, it will be transferred to the warehouse.

The R&D department specializes in hardware research and development and the software development department is arranged on the 5th floor, the two departments are relevant each other, so they are arranged on the same floor to be convenient in the product & service development process.

Sales Department and customer support and care department are on the 6th floor, these departments often work together to support customers quickly and thoughtfully, so they are arranged on the same floor.
