After manfacturing Printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to the design standards, are transferred to the PCB assembly line to complete important stages.
The PCB is placed in a dedicated tray, then put into the printer to scan the solder paste on the PCB, the solder paste is scanned into the correct position to attach the components.

The machine automatically sweeps solder paste onto the Printed Circuit Board, creating a strong bond for the components to be mounted in the next stages.

After the solder paste is applied, the printed circuit board is transferred to the Mouter 1 machine, which automatically picks up and attaches components to the PCB.

Components are mounted very precisely through an automatic system and controlled by highly qualified engineers, resulting in Printed Circuit Boards with good quality.

Then the Printed Circuit Board is transferred to the 2nd Mounter machine to attach the remaining components, creating a complete Board according to the design.
After the printed circuit board is attached to the components, the engineer checks & corrects some deviations, if any, before putting them in the oven.

After going through the baking process, the printed circuit board will be checked for quality by the engineer before being transferred to the component soldering department to plug & install the connecting jack into the PCB to produce the finished product.

After the printed board is finished, the GoTrack production staff continues to complete the final steps to create the S400E device such as: Loading firmware for the Board, inserting the board into the S400E box and pasting the imei, finally inserting the sim into the S400E & Test device.
