Zalo OA & Zalo Customer Support Team

GoTrack provides support channels via Zalo OA account: GoTrack GPS and Zalo support group have been set up by staff for each customer.

When problems arise or questions need to be answered, you can quickly connect with us via Zalo messages/calls, direct exchange, send documents, images, videos, … if needed.

GoTrack Website

When you are accessing the GoTrack website “www.gotrack.vn”, you can easily chat online immediately on the web, there will be staff to receive and support you to answer questions, provide you with necessary information.

You just need to click on the “Chat with GoTrack GPS” feature in the right corner of the screen, then enter your phone number, email and phone number and chat online with the GoTrack team easily.

Ticket feature on GoTrack software system

The Ticket feature on GoTrack monitoring software system is an extremely convenient support channel, helping you to directly communicate with the GoTrack customer care team right on the fleet management software.

You can use this feature by following these steps:

For mobile applications:

Step 1: Download and install the GoTrack365 application available on Google Play or App Store on your smartphone (if you have not installed the application).

Step 2: Access the GoTrack365 App and log in to your account.

Step 3: On the main interface, access the “Account” section and select “Support Ticket”.

Step 4: Select the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then fill in the support request information, including:

  • Department/office you want to contact
  • Title
  • Support request content

Then select “Save” and your request has been sent to the GoTrack team. Immediately after that, a staff will receive and support you.

 

For the management website:

Step 1: Access the website: https://gps.gotrack.vn/

Step 2: Log in to your account.

Step 3: On the main interface, select “Ticket & Notification” on the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Step 4: Perform the same operations as on the application.

On the live chat channel, you can:

  • Send a request for technical support.
  • Contact us to get answers to questions about products & services.
  • Request instructions on how to use the features on the software.
  • Receive notifications when the software renewal deadline comes.
